Lo segundo y que más me molesta es cerrar el post sin dar tiempo a otros usuarios a solucionar mi duda, ya que señor moderador, usted no lo ha hecho, lo único que ha hecho es darme una opinión más-
La beta en si, tanto para familia y amigos como la que llegasen a abrir al publico no tiene NDA o acuerdo de confidencialidad... por lo que mostrar de ella lo que sea, no viola nada. Aclarada tu duda prosigo a cerrar el post, si quieres seguir comentando sobre los streamings te recomiendo ir al tema! Un saludo
Y señor moderador, yo le contesto esto, que forma parte de EULA de la Beta de Diablo III, y de ahí mi duda, que como repito, no has solventado, y aún así has procedido a cerrar mi post.
4. Confidentiality. The existence of the Test and all elements thereof (including without limitation this Agreement) is confidential, and you agree to maintain secrecy associated with the Test. For purposes of example and not limitation, you agree that you will not disclose the following:
(i) Information about the Test, such as your role as a Tester, the length of the Test, the number of Testers, how you became a Tester, etc.
(ii) Information related to the Game, such as the Game’s look and feel, playable races, classes, combat, magic, communication, grouping, questing, monetary systems, the Game’s non-player character interaction, quests, items, armor, weapons, stability of the Game, etc.
Espero que está vez se respete un poco mi derecho a recibir opiniones de la gente con respecto a mi duda sin que el señor moderador venga a cerrar post sin aportar mucho más que una mala moderación.
